Here you can read how we handle personal data.
Information we collect
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) prescribes that companies may only process personal data if there is a legal basis for this . We only process personal data if necessary for the execution of the agreements with our customers. In other words: We only process the most necessary data, and nothing else.
- Obviously we need name and address details of customers, because otherwise we cannot deliver the orders
- We need customers’ email addresses to send invoices and order confirmations. We therefore do not use e-mail addresses to send newsletters, for example
- If business customers order-on-invoice, we need the Chamber of Commerce or company number and a telephone address, in order to be able to guarantee that the invoice is paid. Without this information, we would not have been able to offer order-on-invoice. These fields are therefore not mandatory for orders that are simply paid in advance
- We use Google Analytics to collect basic data about site usage. No IP addresses are stored.
We do not collect data other than strictly necessary for our services. We therefore do not place any cookies, other than necessary for our services. That’s why you won’t get a cookie notice on our site – It’s only necessary if a site wants to place more-than-necessary cookies.
